It was established in the early 1960′s and has grown into an award winning and well respected organisation, operating in a variety of areas to enhance community stability and safety. Outcare’s logo banner is ‘A New Beginning’. This statement reflects Outcare’s charter to make Western Australia a safer place to live by providing rehabilitative and supportive services for offenders, ex-offenders and their families. We do this by taking a holistic approach to crime prevention. Our broad range of education, intervention and reform programs reduce the re-offending rate of people in conflict with the justice system and support their successful rehabilitation and re-integration into society. In turn, this leads to a safer community and lower costs associated with the justice system. Outcare looks to the future, not at the past.
