Community Inclusion
Community Inclusion supports people who are on the NDIS to assist them to live independently.
We walk alongside participants to help them achieve long-term goals and complete a range of essential tasks such as applying and preparing for a job and accessing activities within the community.
Our program specialises in supporting people who have been in contact with the justice system.
We support participants to complete their everyday tasks such as grocery shopping, meal preparation, building and maintaining relationships and attending a range of appointments.
