This program is designed to give people career guidance and practical support as they prepare to re-enter the workforce.
Our Career Development Advisors can support people through workshops or 1:1 guidance sessions.
People in the community and in the following prisons can participate in the program at any stage of their sentence: Acacia, Wooroloo, Karnet, Bandyup and Casuarina prisons.
- At least 18 years old
- Either are or have been in the justice system
- Willing to engage.

Time to Work Employment Service (TWES)
TWES supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to obtain employment when they leave prison.
Tidda supports women with undiagnosed or unsupported disabilities to transition and successfully reintegrate back into the community after leaving prison.
