Aboriginal Throughcare Youth

Culturally strong, community‑led support for young people

This pathway supports Aboriginal young people from six months prior to release and up to three years post‑release, ensuring sustained care during a critical transition period.

This pathway supports people to:

  • Reduce or cease reoffending
  • Strengthen cultural, family and community connections
  • Build self‑reliance, confidence and autonomy
  • Improve trauma management and relationships
