Careers and working at Outcare
At Outcare, our people are our strength. We’re more than a workplace. We’re a community built on compassion, respect, and a commitment to making a difference.
When you join Outcare, you become part of a values-led organisation that supports and inspires its team, so together we can change lives.
Whether you’re working behind the scenes in operations or walking alongside people in the community, you’ll find a fulfilling career with opportunities to grow, thrive, and create lasting impact.

Our People and Culture
At Outcare, we’re serious about making a difference – but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Our office is full of laughter, collaboration, and yes… snacks. We celebrate everything: wins big and small, birthdays, work anniversaries – if there’s a reason to cheer, there’s probably cake involved (or popcorn… or fairy floss).
We’re a family-friendly workplace where life outside of work matters. You’ll often see young people around – whether they’re clients or our team’s young people – because creating safe spaces is what we do, inside and outside the office.
And speaking of safe spaces, some of our team bring their dogs to work. We call them our pawsitive pals, and they’re experts at boosting morale during busy days.
If you’re passionate about helping people and want to join a team that values community, kindness, and a good snack stash, you’ll fit right in here.
“I was a troubled young person, in and out of the justice system, and I wish I’d had someone with lived experience to guide me out of that cycle sooner. Today, I get to be that person. Working at Outcare lets me make the difference I needed back then. I can give back to my community, earn a living, grow my career, and help shape a better future for young people. That’s why I love what I do.” — Jem Dance, Youth Case Manager
“At Outcare, being part of the Strategy & Growth team gives you the rare chance to shape meaningful change while collaborating with incredibly knowledgeable, passionate colleagues. We work hard, laugh often, and create a culture that lifts each other up.” — Serina Gill, Marketing & Communications Lead
