At Outcare, we believe in the power of connection and care. We understand that life’s challenges can feel overwhelming – and that sometimes, specialist support is needed. While Outcare does not run a dedicated crisis or mental health service, we regularly connect our clients with trusted community organisations who do.
Below you’ll find a list of organisations and emergency contacts that offer free, confidential help. These services are available 24/7 or during extended hours, and are staffed by professionals who are ready to listen, support, and help you take the next step.
