Support is just a call away

Life can feel overwhelming sometimes. Whether you’re facing a personal crisis, supporting someone else, or simply need someone to talk to, it’s okay to reach out. At Outcare, we believe in the power of connection and care. We understand that life’s challenges can feel overwhelming – and that sometimes, specialist support is needed. While Outcare does not run a dedicated crisis or mental health service, we regularly connect our clients with trusted community organisations who do.

Below you’ll find a list of organisations and emergency contacts that offer free, confidential help. These services are available 24/7 or during extended hours, and are staffed by professionals who are ready to listen, support, and help you take the next step.
