News: It's official! Outcare will transition to Nulsen Group.

We are pleased to advise you that the due diligence process and the merger implementation deed associated with Outcare Ltd transitioning to Nulsen Group (Inc.) has been finalised.

Both organisations are now working to complete the transition of Outcare as a separate service stream to Nulsen Group.

Nulsen and Outcare operate in a changing and challenging community sector. The bringing together of our organisations is a positive business move that will create a stronger and diversified offering delivering significant benefits for the clients and employees of Nulsen and Outcare.

Both Nulsen and Outcare have been providing essential support to Western Australians and their families for more than half a century. The organisations are united by a shared sense of compassion and commitment to helping people with complex needs in our communities.

Over the coming weeks the organisations will commence a transition of operations including Nulsen Group employing Outcare staff. This transition will be business as usual for both organisations underpinned by a continuing commitment to supporting clients and employees.
